The Luger is a self-propelled long-range artillery piece that lobs massive plasma shells at extreme range with a slow but devastating reload cycle. It defaults to hold-fire and must be directed manually — its enormous per-shot damage and wide blast radius make it capable of erasing grouped formations or key structures in a single volley. It is not a frontline unit and will not survive direct engagement; it needs screening, good positioning, and patience.
