Flashpoint

From the author

The Flashpoint is the Loz Alliance's Tier 1 direct-fire tank, built around a heat-accumulating wave laser that gets more dangerous the longer it stays on target. Each burst adds thermal stress to whatever it hits, and a sufficiently heated target will begin malfunctioning before it can disengage. Its short sight range demands aggressive positioning, but units that fail to kite it pay for the mistake.
