Crane

From the author

The Crane is the Loz Alliance's Tier 2 combat transport, capable of lifting heavier cargo than the Dragonfly and armed with a downward-firing railgun to suppress ground targets during loading and unloading. It is not a gunship — it exists to deliver an army somewhere unexpected — but the railgun makes approach and extraction far less one-sided than a defenseless transport would permit.
