Crusader

From the author

The Crusader is the Federation's workhorse frigate, combining a rapid-fire particle cannon for surface engagements with a missile battery for air defense. Neither weapon is overwhelming on its own, but together they make the Crusader a credible threat in both roles. Slower and heavier than the Piranha, it is best used to anchor a fleet line rather than lead a charge.
